- Progress Reports were sent home last Thursday. Any missing work or grades below a 70 should be corrected and turned in. Explorer Time and recess are great opportunities to get this work done if you are unable to at home or need teacher reteaching.
- Wednesday is an Early Release. School will be dismissed at 12:45.
- Wednesday is also Fall Picture Retakes.
- Start thinking about Science Fair NOW. EVERY child is required to complete a project. I will be going over guidelines/expectations Monday during science. If you have any questions, please ask. I can offer more help now rather than one week before the project is due.
- If you have not yet ordered your class t-shirt, please do that as soon as possible. We want to wear the shirts on our first field trip this year to the Austin Toros game on December 18th.
- We are currently accepting donations for NEGU. Be sure to ask your child what it means. Donations will be given to children that are in the hospital for the holidays. I have explained to your children that this is a very important drive. Last year I was in the hospital during the holidays and don't think anyone should have to be there during this time of year. I expressed how important I think it is to help those in need, especially kids in the hospital. I will be having lunch bunch with the kids who bring the most items by December 14th.
