Math - We are still working on rounding and place value. This seems to be a difficult area and we want to master the basics before moving on. Please be sure you are practicing reading large numbers aloud and identifying the place value of different digits.
Social Studies - Indians of Texas
Writing - Leads. We want to be sure we hook our reader in and make them want to finish reading our composition.
Reading - Comprehension while reading.
Science - Weather: clouds and the atmosphere
Spelling - short and long /o/ It's a good idea to complete the recommended homework each night rather than waiting until Thursday night to complete it. :)
