GO TEXAS! I can't really say it was a great game because both teams played sloppy offense, but anytime Texas wins, it's good! Anyway...on the agenda this week...

Homework:
Daily - Practice multiplication facts and read for at least 20 minutes.
Monday - Multiplication Properties (3-3)
Tuesday - An Unlikely Friend (unavailable online)
Wednesday - Problem Solving Strategy: Draw a Picture and Write an Equation (3-8)
Thursday - Mixtures and Solutions Science Reading Passage
Reminders:
- Progress Reports will be sent home on Thursday. They must be signed and returned. Any missing work or work that was graded below a 70 can still be made up and turned in.
- Class shirt order forms were sent home on Friday. They are $10 and are due by September 30th. If you would like to order a shirt for your child and are unable to pay the $10, please call me to make other arrangements. I want to make sure that every child is able to get a shirt, one way or another! :)
- Permission Slips for WBE's 25th Anniversary Celebration on October 1st (on purple paper) should be returned to me as soon as possible!
- Conferences will be here before we know it. If you signed up for a time already, I will send a reminder. If you have yet to, please check out the online signup form on the "Important Documents" list. If you are unable to make one of the available times, please let me know and we will schedule another day.
