Week 9

It's the last week of the 1st 9 weeks...This means that all work must be turned in by FRIDAY! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Reminders:
- The yearbook cover contest is over this week. Turn in all entries to Ms. Leining by Tuesday!
- School pictures are on Wednesday. Be sure to fix your hair and wear clothes that you won't look at when you're 25 and be embarrassed. :)
- Send in donations for this week's reading lesson by Tuesday. And thanks in advance for helping!
- Continue selling for the PTA fundraiser. Money made from the fundraiser goes directly to WBE and helps buy things for classrooms and pay for field trips. The fundraiser is over on October 25th.
- The Texas Book Festival is this weekend (October 23-24th) on the streets surrounding the Capitol. It is lots of fun and has some great author's to see. http://www.texasbookfestival.org/
- I've posted a 4th grade reading list to the left under Important Links. This is just a list of books that are suitable for 4th graders. I've gone through and highlighted the books in yellow that I know for sure I have available for your children to read in my classroom.
- Tuesday is library day! Don't forget to bring back books so that you can check out new ones!
